Chocolate Peanut Butter Donuts

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup of oat flour
2 tbsp peanut flour
1 scoop Prostar Vanilla Whey protein powder
1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Glaze:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Peanut Butter Drizzle
2 tbsp peanut flour
2 tbsp of milk or water

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat over to 350 degrees -Mix flour, protein powder, peanut flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients

Combine the two and fold together until a thick batter is formed.

Spoon batter into a piping bag or ziplock bag and cut a hole about 1/2 inch on the end of the bag.

Spray the pan with nonstick spray and pour the donut batter onto the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked and let cool -Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for about a minute, stir together until smooth and dip each donut into the glaze.

Mix the peanut flour and water/milk in a bowl and drizzle the mixture over the top of each donut.

Allow glaze to harden and enjoy!
