Berry Spinach Protein Smoothie

1 banana
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup raspberries
½ cup spinach leaves (stems removed)
1/3 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Ultimate Nutrition Vanilla Clean Whey Protein Powder
Pinch of cinnamon to taste (optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. You may want to add a splash more of almond or coconut milk depending on how thick you prefer your smoothie, and enjoy! This also works great as a make ahead breakfast shake, simply store in a glass mason jar in the freezer overnight. You can even eat with a spoon straight from the freezer as a dessert alternative!
