Balance has been formulated with nine specific “live” strains of bacteria, delivering over 40 billion colony-forming units (CFU’s) per serving.
Bifidobacterium strains, commonly found in fermented foods like yogurt and cheese, should be supplemented when where there is a shortage of normal bacteria. Balance includes two species of bifidobacterium – bifidum and longum, both of which have been selected to restore optimum levels of beneficial bacteria in the gut.
